TOKICO High Performance Design
The same experience, technology and award-winning quality are incorporated into TOKICO's
performance twin tube gas shocks and struts. Precision angle drilled deflective disc piston and
sophisticated bottom valve design are just some of the ingredients culminating maximum vehicle
handling without compromising ride quality which has long separated TOKICO performance
products from the rest.
 
TOKICO Shocks High Performance Features
 
• Twice drawn over mandrel pressure tube for perfect concentricity. Provides better sealing and minimizes
drag for improved efficiency and longer shock life.
 
• Hardened, salt treated and micro polished chrome piston rod to prevent corrosion and to reduce mechanical
drag for longer rod and seal life.
 
• Teflon impregnated bronze-alloy rod guide bushing for minimal side load mechanical drag.
 
• Precision angle drilled piston with low inertia variable aperture valving system for greater flexibility and precise
shaping of damping curves and in maintaining consistent damping force.
 
• Low-pressure nitrogen gas pressurizes the shock oil to eliminate piston cavitations (foaming of oil) for proper
damping control.
 
• Sophisticated base valve for fine tuning compression damping to reduce harshness and improve tire
adhesion.
